KOLTON MOORE AND THE CLEVER FEW
6:30pm, KAFM 1310 Ute Avenue
"Kolton Moore drew together a tight group of
talented friends in the spring of 2012 to begin a musical journey that has taken him to countless bars and venues across Texas. Their live shows swing from bluesy and rocking to slow and beautiful (sometimes in the same song). Their powerful use of dynamics draws comparisons to acts like Sean Mcconnell and Wilco. They are at home sharing stages with Texas Country bands like William Clark Green, Whiskey Myers and Phil Hamilton.
If the audience at a Keith Kenny show were to close their eyes for the performance they would swear that
there was a full band on stage. Kenny's fans, however, are too busy dancing to the one-man act's layered
guitar riffs, foot stomping percussion, blues harp and emotionally charged vocals to even think about looking away. His latest release "And the light came blaring in..." showcases a dynamic musical deliverance with an influential voice that lies somewhere between Neil Young and Keller Williams. Check out the new album and upcoming tour dates at www.KeithKenny.com
Tickets are just $15 in advance and $18 at the door and may be purchased by calling (970) 241-8801, Ext 0 or online at www.kafmradio.org. The KAFM Radio Room is located at 1310 Ute Ave., CO 81501. Doors open at 6:00.
