Who Does What? Clarifying Roles and Relationships Within Your Nonprofit

Anyone working or volunteering for a nonprofit knows that the relationships between the board and staff can be tricky to navigate. For the board and staff to effectively carry out their duties, roles must be clearly defined and policies that promote healthy relationships in place.

In this workshop, we will discuss issues that contribute to role confusion and how to clarify and support the unique roles of your board and staff.
