This month is it 4 Corners Rugby Academy. "The Academy is located in beautiful Grand Junction, Colorado, and members come from miles around. Our goal is to provide a safe and fun place to practice and play the glorious sport of Rugby. We provide training for all ages on safety, rules, officiating, and play strategies and tactics. We also have a grand time participating in the fun."

Join us for Gentle Flow Yoga with Certified Yoga Instructor - Matt Angleman. This yoga class will be held in our kitten room, so not only do you get more...0 the relaxation from yoga you also get kitten therapy. This class is open to the public for a $10 donation. Please bring a clean yoga mat and wear long pants and shirts with sleeves. Pre-registration is required. For safety and space purposes each class is limited to 9 attendees. Open to ages 15 and up.
