talk, entitled "Operation Monster Slayer, the Recovery of Stolen American Indian Artifacts." Lucinda is has a degree in criminology from the University of Maryland. She worked as a special agent for the Fish and Wildlife Service for 30 years. Her talk covers the investigation and recovery of items sacred to Native American tribes in Arizona and New Mexico. Her presentation will include photos of numerous seized sacred items that archaeologists suggest were used during the period of Native American prehistory and are still used today. Ms. Schroeder is the author of two books which are based on her career as one of the few female federal undercover agents. Event is free with donations accepted.
