Self Portraits are a way to know yourself better, fall in love with yourself, accept your wrinkles or imperfections. Expect to have fun and learn something. Sara Colburn will assist/coach you. Sara is certified through the National Expressive Therapy Association (CET) as an arts specialist for assisting inner development through creativity and is also an artist and art educator. This process is not treatment or psychotherapy. The expressive arts use the arts as a means of transformation. The arts are powerful. Sara's business "The Power of Art" uses the arts for fun and exploration. NO skills required.
Using a mirror and the magic of flowing watercolors, paint expressive images of your face - explore new territories and make awe-inspiring discoveries. Materials supplied.

Red-tailed hawks and American Kestrals.
Other regular finds on this trip include Ferruginous hawks, Merlin, Prairie Falcons, Cooper’s Hawks and Sharp-shinned hawks.
Participants should plan to meet at the BLM Office located at H Road and Horizon Drive at 9:00 a.m.
From there the trip will meander westward to the hamlet of Mack and then head back to the starting point around 3:00 p.m.
Bring lunch, water, snack and binoculars. Scopes will be available for better viewing.
