confusion, leaving some of our relationships ruffled or broken. If apology-making is on your mind but you're not sure where to start, join us as we learn how to script an effective apology. In this workshop we'll explore fears and benefits of apologizing; apology language/phrases most people want to hear; what constitutes a good apology; and how apology scripts can enhance your peacemaking efforts. Participants will craft an apology script incorporating two powerful words "I'm sorry" as a first step towards mending relationships.
