Johnson Beth-El more...0 College of Nursing and Health Sciences for the 3rd Annual Grain School taking place at UCCS Friday, January 12th through Sunday, January 14th. This year's Grain School will focus on Grain Pioneers including Jeff Zimmerman of Hayden Mills near Phoenix, Don Guerra of Barrio Bread in Tucson, Stephen Jones of the Bread Lab at Washington State University, author and food educator Sonoko Sakai, and many other heritage and ancient grain growers, millers, bakers and chefs, malsters and brewers, and more. Join us for a unique hands-on experience for the mouth and the mind! Cost is $450 for the complete Grain School and includes delicious, fresh, grainy meals. The Saturday Night Forum is FREE and open to the public, and begins at 5:30 in Berger Hall.
