Starting as a trio in Phoenix, Arizona in 2009, Haymarket Squares has since played over 500 shows across the United States, Canada, and Europe. Known as purveyors of punkgrass, Haymarket Squares presents rabble-rousing lyrics with a catchy melody! Mark Allred (vocals, slide guitar and harmonica), Jayson James (fiddle), John Luther Norris (vocals, guitar and kazoo) and Marc Oxborrow (vocals and bass) have found that they make their best music when they're angry about something. Haymarket Squares showcase upbeat, happy sounding songs with edgy lyrics that poke fun at the establishment. They’ve found they make their best music when they’re angry about something. However, they want fans to dance and smile with the empowered feeling they can overcome anything together. Tickets are $20 doors open at 7pm

BanjerDan (Dan Mazer) is a banjo player/multi-instrumentalist based in San Luis Obispo County, CA. His music is an Americana mix, rooted in straight-ahead bluegrass and branching out to include folk, country, blues, oldies, and other styles. Dan started playing Scruggs-style banjo in 1974, learned his craft during the Washington, DC area’s heyday as “the Bluegrass Capital of the World..” He was heavily influenced by Earl Scruggs, the Seldom Scene, Eddie Adcock, and the Country Gentlemen His primary instrument is the 5-string banjo, and also plays guitar, mandolin, and dobro. Since earning a degree in Music Theory from George Washington University, Dan has performed all over the U.S. and internationally, as a solo artist, in theatrical productions and symphony orchestras, and as a member of several bands, most notably “J.B. Beverley & The Wayward Drifters.” He has performed in venues ranging from street corner busking to bar/coffeehouse gigs, children's shows, private parties and corporate events. Some of the more notable venues include Opryland, USA, the Grey Fox Bluegrass Festival, the High Sierra Music Festival, the National Cherry Blossom Festival, and the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. From 2013 to 2018, BanjerDan was the “house musician” and music booking contact at The Last Stage West in Atascadero, CA.
