Details: CMU Library invites our Grand Junction community to engage in an afternoon of readings and discussion celebrating the freedom to read. In recognition of Banned Books Week 2017, our campus and local community are welcomed to enjoy this panel-style event featuring CMU faculty and staff. Participants will hear about our Freedom to Read displays, ways to engage in the topic of information freedom throughout the week, and ways to engage with materials impacted by challenges and bans throughout the 2017-2018 year.
