 John Depew Trio is a mando-banjo-bass prog-grass powerhouse fronted by, you guessed it, John Depew, with the aid of musical brothers Peter Oviatt (banjo) and Jordan Hehl (bass). Fueled by bad puns, late night chess matches, and lots of coffee, JDT ranges from free improv exploration to delicate minimalism to intricate mayhem, all grounded in thoughtful songwriting, and rooted by a deep love of traditional sounds plus an irreverence for genre boundaries. Tickets $20 Show is at 7pm Doors open at 6:30pm
