Honey Don't is the musical union Bill Powers and Shelley Gray, also well known as one half of Paonia, Colorado's esteemed old-time bluegrass band Sweet Sunny South. Their music is based in the folk tradition and takes many cues from a bluegrass and old time background, but also stretches into the more inclusive arena of "Americana" including elements of blues, swing, honky tonk and dare we say, Rock and Roll.

Annual Member Meeting

The Annual Membership Meeting for Grand Valley Public Radio will take place on Tuesday, April 29th, 2014 at 6:00PM in the Radio Room at 1310 Ute Avenue. All current KAFM Members in good standing are invited to attend and vote on one member-elected Board seat.

Community Art Project

KAFM’s Community Art Project kicks off our 15 year anniversary celebration by inviting artists, listeners, and community members of all ages to create a single piece of art with the theme: “this is what community looks like”!  All levels of expertise are invited to submit their art on any medium to be displayed in The Radio Room at KAFM. Submissions will be accepted from February 1st through April 4th, 2014.  READ MORE
