she takes a nostalgic journey back to her musical roots. While audiences know and love Peggy for her performances of western classics, cowboy songs, and country favorites, this unique concert will revisit her early days as a lounge singer, bringing to life the timeless standards, jazz favorites, and memorable songs that first launched her career.
Peggy Malone's remarkable career spans decades of entertaining audiences throughout the West. She received an Emmy Award at the 2001 Heartland Regional Emmy Awards for "Singin' A Cowboy Song," a song she wrote and performed for the PBS special "A Night at the Rodeo," produced by her son, Brian Malone. In 2006, she was inducted into the Colorado Country Music Association Hall of Fame and has earned numerous honors from the organization, including Entertainer of the Year (2013), Female Vocalist Legend (2015), and Female Vocalist of the Year (2016).
